Maintenance and corporate yards are a key component supporting municipalities and other public works oriented clients servicing communities or DOD branches. Our long experience and understanding of the needs, requirements and the specific clients programmatic, present and future, objectives for such projects, gives MAI and advantage when providing this type of design services.
We have designed diverse types of commercial kitchens as part of larger educational, municipal or government facilities.
In all cases the approach has been to successfully address all clients business needs, budget and schedules, however the most important component are the end users and their need to have an enjoyable have dining experience within a well organized, flexible and aesthetically pleasant environment .
